OverheidZZP zoekt een onafhankelijke klachtenadviseur voor de gemeente Haarlemmmermeer (Noord-Holland). Je onderzoekt en behandelt klachten, beoordeelt complexe dossiers en adviseert college en directie over afhandeling en procesverbeteringen, in samenspraak met interne stakeholders en de Nationale ombudsman.
Je werkt in een team van klachtenadviseurs binnen Team Onderzoek van de afdeling Staf Bestuur en Directie.
