SIGRA zoekt een Begeleider Kind en Jeugd voor de groep De Berenklauwen in Hoofddorp. Je werkt 24-32 uur per week op een KDC-locatie en biedt geïntegreerde ondersteuning voor jongeren tussen 0 en 18 jaar.
De functie combineert beweging en rust en vraagt om betrokkenheid bij ouders en verzorgers. Je hebt minimaal een mbo-4 zorgopleiding, ervaring met kinderen met een verstandelijke beperking en kunt werken volgens een kindgericht ondersteuningsplan.
