Spaarne Gasthuis zoekt een stevige en onafhankelijke gesprekspartner die de OR adviseert en coacht. Je werkt nauw samen met het dagelijks bestuur en de ambtelijk secretaris en helpt de OR om ontwikkelingen tijdig te signaleren en proactief te reageren.
De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 55 van de Cao Ziekenhuizen. Het salaris bedraagt minimaal €3.903,- en maximaal €5.503,- bruto bij een volledig dienstverband van 36 uur per week, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring.
