We’re looking for a  Revenue Trainee  who’s curious, hands-on, and full of ideas — someone who loves analyzing, streamlining processes and making things happen across six incredible hotels.

At  International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP) , we manage a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands:  Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel ,  Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport ,  Mercure Amersfoort City Centre ,  Moxy & Residence Inn The Hague , and  Hilton Garden Inn Leiden .
Most of our hotels are part of  Marriott International , with one proudly flying the  Accor  flag and one as part of Hilton International.

Your base? Our main office located behind Moxy Schiphol in Hoofddorp, easily reached via the hotel shuttle from Schiphol Airport. But don’t expect to stay still: you’ll often be out on-site, creating content and soaking up the atmosphere at our hotels. It’s varied, creative, and full of opportunities to learn.

What you’ll do

You’ll support the Revenue Managers with everything that keeps our hotels profitable and bring your commercial mind-set to seek new possibilities.

That includes:

Developing your analytical skills by making displacement analysis for group and crew requests to ensure the hotels get the right business

Conducting market research to understand and meet customer behavior.

Support sales by loading their corporate rate agreements and guests can book their preferred way

Optimizing the distribution rates on OTA’s and third-party websites and ensuring the right guests find our hotels for the right rate

Collaborate with marketing to create packages and load promotions over holiday and need periods

Keeping up with system developments and promotions within the Marriott, Hilton and Accor brands
