As Assistant Operations Manager Trainee, you’ll step right into the heartbeat of the hotel, working alongside the Operations Manager and our Crew Leaders to make sure everything runs as smoothly as your morning latte. From Front Office to F&B, from guest experience to operational logistics; no two days look the same (and that’s exactly how we roll).

Starting from February 2026, this could be your reality.

What you’ll do

Support daily operational planning across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B).

Help monitor performance indicators

Jump into problem-solving and guest satisfaction initiatives

Assist with coordinating shifts, team communications and meetings.

Take on operational projects to improve efficiency, productivity and guest experience.

Assist with administrative tasks & reporting (think occupancy, feedback, productivity).

Champion the Moxy vibe—help organize team events and boost crew engagement.

Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager

What you bring

You’re currently studying Hospitality/Business/Management (HBO).

Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.

Experience in operations or F&B/Front Office is a plus (but passion counts even more).

You love organizing, solving problems, and keeping things moving.

You’re proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to ask questions.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy teamwork.

Strong communicator—fluent in English
