Cluster Marketing Trainee

We’re looking for a Cluster Marketing Trainee who’s curious, hands-on, and full of ideas — someone who loves creating, connecting, and making things happen across five incredible hotels.

At International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), we manage a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands:
Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Mercure Amersfoort City Centre, Moxy & Residence Inn The Hague, and Hilton Garden Inn Leiden.

Your base? Our main office at the Support Office in Hoofddorp, easily reached via the hotel shuttle from Schiphol Airport. But don’t expect to stay still: you’ll often be out on-site, creating content and soaking up the atmosphere at our hotels. It’s varied, creative, and full of opportunities to learn.

What you’ll do

You’ll support the Cluster Marketing Trainee with everything that keeps our brands visible, consistent, and loved. That includes:

Creating scroll-stopping content for our social media channels — and managing the content calendar like a pro.

Designing marketing materials (think flyers, menus, visuals, campaigns) for all five hotels.

Keeping our websites fresh and full of accurate, inspiring information.

Checking and updating content on OTAs and third-party sites so guests always get the right first impression.

Building relationships with our creative and commercial partners.

Staying on top of trends — from global design inspiration to local marketing insights.

Supporting the Sales team with creative ideas for promotions and campaigns.

Helping HR with employer branding — because our team story deserves to be told too.

And of course: bringing your ideas, energy, and curiosity every day.

What you bring

You’re currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Marketing-related bachelor’s program.

Available for at least five months (starting February 2026).

Eligible to work in the Netherlands (enrolled in a Dutch school or holding an EU/EEA passport).

Experience with Adobe InDesign (bonus points if you’re comfortable with other design tools).

A true passion for marketing, storytelling, and design.

Strong communication skills — in both Dutch and English.

A creative team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
