We seek an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for mid-to-senior level roles. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs, optimize recruitment processes, and deliver high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized/leadership roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies (Linked In Recruiter, talent pipelines).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job scorecards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve efficiency.
- Implement employer branding initiatives (career site, social media campaigns).
- Maintain ATS integrity and generate reports.
- Advise leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and diversity hiring.
- Mentor junior recruiters and coordinate recruitment projects.
- Attend industry events/college fairs to build talent networks.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in recruitment.
- Proficiency in popular recruitment channels such as Linked In Recruiter, Teamtailor, Rednote.
- Risk Sensitivity:
Ability to anticipate regulatory impacts (e.g., gig economy policies, tax reforms). - Communication & Influence:
Translate complex regulations into actionable guidelines for business teams. - Multitasking:
Manage stakeholders under high pressure while balancing compliance and operational efficiency.
