Intralox’s Global Digital Team (DT) Group is growing and is currently seeking a new team member to join its Service and Support team.
In this role, you thrive on providing exceptional support to our end users, enabling them to focus on delivering added value to our customers. You will work out of our EMEA Headquarters located in Hoofddorp.
What will you be doing?You provide both on‑site and remote technical break/fix support to our global colleagues, with a primary focus on the EMEA region. In Intralox’s dynamic environment, no two days are the same. Together with your colleagues, you will manage a wide range of incoming tickets—from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to diving deep into complex technical challenges and fulfilling user requests.
You take pride in supporting end users, and the satisfaction and appreciation you receive when helping them motivates you every day. In addition, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and handle related administrative tasks that keep our support operations running smoothly.

- Investigation, documentation, and resolution of break/fix issues, including (but not limited to) applications, OS, network, and hardware.
- Maintaining effective communication between business users and other global DT members throughout the course of incident and request fulfillment.
- Providing project support, including (but not limited to) testing, documentation, and implementation of DT solutions.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or at least 2‑3 years of work experience in the same role.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Cloud environment.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize assigned work according to business needs and priorities.
- Flexibility with work schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends in case of need.
- Self‑managed; ability to work well alone and in a global team environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills: ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch.
- In possession of a valid driver’s license.
