For TECS (Turner Engine Control Solutions), we are looking for a hands‑on IT Support Specialist to strengthen the team in Hoofddorp. This role is fully focused on user support and day‑to‑day IT operations. You will be the go‑to person for colleagues who need technical assistance and ensure that systems, devices, and applications run smoothly. This is a part‑time position (24 hours per week) and requires on‑site presence.

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users (mainly NL/EU colleagues)
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, hardware and user environments
• Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, basic admin tasks)
• Troubleshoot issues with devices, software and connectivity
• Manage user accounts, access and permissions
• Assist with VPN and remote access tools (e.g. Team Viewer, Cisco Any Connect)
• Support basic ERP usage (Odoo is a plus)
• Ensure systems are secure, updated and running efficiently

• 2–5 years of experience in an IT support or system admin role
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a service‑oriented mindset
• Experience with hardware support (Windows/Mac)
• Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Available for 24 hours per week on-site in Hoofddorp

• Salary between €3,500–€4,500 gross per month (pro rata)
• 27 vacation days + 13 ATV days (pro rata)
• International and informal working environment
• A clear, well‑defined temporary assignment (7 months)
