Position: Technical Support Consultant – Fluent French & Additional European Language

Overview

As a Support Consultant at IDEXX, you’ll use your customer service skills to support veterinary diagnostic customers worldwide. You will act as the primary point of contact for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and animal healthcare diagnostic professionals, helping keep pets healthy.

Responsibilities
  • Instruct customers on the use of IDEXX’s in‑house diagnostic analyzers.
  • Coordinate and assist with equipment installations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware technical problems and software integration issues.
  • Serve as the direct line between IDEXX and its customers to achieve our Purpose.
Qualifications
  • Strong computer and technical skills with the aptitude to learn software and hardware.
  • Fluent in French, English, and another European language (Spanish, Italian, or Polish).
  • Proven track record of providing extraordinary customer service.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply skills to a variety of customer interactions.
  • Experience in a technical field, veterinary practice, laboratory setting, or contact center environment is helpful.
  • Networking and/or software support experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to establish rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a computer- or science-related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
