As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will deliver high-quality technical support to customers using IDEXX diagnostic solutions, ensuring a seamless experience while troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This role offers the opportunity to work in veterinary diagnostics and make a direct impact on veterinary practices and patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support on diagnostic analyzers and software solutions.
- Coordinate installations and troubleshoot hardware and integration issues.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and best practices.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Exceptional customer support experience in technical or service environments.
- Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to resolve complex issues.
- Experience delivering high-quality customer service in fast‑paced, multi‑channel environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with hardware, software, or networking exposure.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical or scientific field.
- Hybrid role based out of our Hoofddorp location, with a minimum of eight days a month onsite.
