Full‑time (32 hours per week)

Senior engineer orchestrating identity, audiences, and activation on a Databricks‑native platform, writing PySpark and SQL, and raising the bar on AI agent layers that draft work for teams.

• CDP configuration and audience design – 50%.
• Identity resolution and event taxonomy – 25%.
• Event tracking across our platforms – 15%.
• QA agent and prompt iteration – 10%.
• Provide data foundation, activation tools, and experimentation capabilities for global marketing teams.
• Human‑in‑the‑loop QA of AI agent output, confirming identity and consent decisions.

• Fluent in SQL, Python and PySpark on Databricks; able to turn bronze into gold and deploy notebooks to production.
• Experience with reverse‑ETL workflows, DBT models, and production‑level identity‑resolution decision making.
• Demonstrated production deployment of pipeline code (not demo notebooks).
• Clear judgment in approving or rejecting AI‑generated outputs.
• Experience with CDP/activation platforms such as Hightouch and Growth Loop, and with Hub Spot for B2B.
• Understanding of consent flow and event tracking.
• Comfort being the sole expert on new tools, communicating in terms of audiences, traits, and events.

• Reverse‑ETL combined with a warehouse‑native CDP in production.
• Multi‑brand or multi‑market activation experience.
• Headless CMS experience.
• Experience working with AI agents in production beyond prompting Claude.
• Knowledge of Dutch language.

• Hub Spot or Marketo administrator seeking to expand into Mar Tech.
• Marketing automation specialist focused on UI.
• Someone who views AI agents as competition or a magic 10× button.
• Vendor demo enthusiast; architectural decisions already defined.
• Campaign manager.
• Someone who requires 12 vendor RFIs before deciding.
• Someone who cannot define what good looks like.

• €6,500–€8,500 gross monthly base salary (Grade
  7) + performance bonus.
