Overview
The Technical Customer Support Specialist provides high‑quality technical support to customers using IDEXX diagnostic solutions, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure a seamless experience. This role is part of the Companion Animal Group (CAG), helping veterinary professionals rely on IDEXX technology for critical diagnostics, strengthening customer relationships and supporting business growth.
Role Responsibilities- Provide technical support on diagnostic analyzers and software solutions.
- Coordinate installations and troubleshoot hardware and integration issues.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and best practices.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Portuguese, Italian, French) is an added advantage.
- Exceptional customer support experience in technical or service environments.
- Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to resolve complex issues in fast‑paced, multi‑channel environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with hardware, software, or networking exposure.
- Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer service.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical or scientific field.
- Hybrid role based out of our Hoofddorp location, with a minimum requirement of eight days a month onsite.
