Graduate Program – IT Consultant

Program Overview

• Your journey as an IT Consultant Trainee will start with an immersive 2‑year learning program, focusing on building essential business and consulting skills.
• You will work on exciting projects with our flagship clients and gain hands‑on experience across various industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Technology, Media & Telecom, and Healthcare & Life Sciences.
• You will be assigned a Mentor and a Buddy to guide you through your career development.
• After the program, you can work in either a Delivery or Go‑to‑Market role based on your skills and potential.
• You will contribute to our business from day one and grow into a trusted advisor, delivering complex consulting engagements that provide lasting value to our customers.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of core services offered by cloud providers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience in project management and IT service management frameworks.
• Certification in key technologies.
• Applied experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch and English.

Demonstrates strong foundational knowledge in Business Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science, with applied experience in Agile methodologies and IT management consulting. Proficient in English and Dutch, capable of effective communication and collaboration in diverse team environments.
