About the Role
As part of the EMEA Product Marketing team, you'll work alongside experienced marketers responsible for one of the world's leading healthcare brands. You'll contribute to new product launches, campaigns, consumer insight generation and go-to-market activities across multiple European markets, gaining first-hand experience in how successful global brands are built and activated.
This internship offers exposure to both strategy and execution, helping you develop analytical, creative and commercial marketing skills within an international healthcare business.
Your Responsibilities
Understand Consumers & Markets
- Analyze consumer, customer and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct competitor, portfolio and performance analysis to support business decisions.
- Help translate consumer insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Monitor product performance and campaign effectiveness using key business metrics.
Build Brands
- Support the development of compelling marketing campaigns and product communications.
- Create engaging marketing assets across digital, retail, and educational channels together with creative agencies.
- Assist in adapting campaigns across European markets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Support content creation for consumers, healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Bring Innovation to Market
- Contribute to the planning and execution of new product launches.
- Support go-to-market activities across multiple product categories.
- Coordinate projects with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Medical Marketing, Digital Marketing, Local markets, HQ and external agencies.
- Help manage marketing assets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Passionate about brands, consumer behaviour, and marketing, with curiosity for digital trends, social media, and emerging technologies.
- Creative thinker with a curious mindset, turning ideas into practical solutions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Works effectively in fast‑paced, international settings, collaborates across cultures, and shows curiosity, proactivity, and a strong drive to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Practical Information
- This is a full-time internship. Only applicants enrolled as students for the entire duration of the internship will be considered.
- Full-time, 6-month internship starting in September 2026.
- Internship allowance: €400 gross/month for Bachelor’s students and €500 gross/month for Master’s students.
