About the role
We are seeking a n experienced Financing CV Financing Partnerships & Sales Manager to lead sales financing initiatives for our electric commercial vehicles and battery storage solutions across Europe, Middle East and Africa. This role will play a critical part in developing and executing innovative financing solutions that drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Stakeholder Management (40%)

Work closely with the rest of the CV Captive Solutions Team to ensure strategic and product alignment

Establish and nurture strong relationships with banks, leasing companies, and other financial institutions

Negotiate financing terms and conditions with partner institutions and ensure appropriate contract management

Coordinate and deliver training programs for internal teams, dealers, and financial partners

Act as the primary point of contact for financing-related inquiries from sales teams and external partners

Sales of Financing Solutions (40%)

Implement and optimize comprehensive sales financing programs for commercial vehicles

Work closely with the vehicle Sales teams across Europe to support the sale of CVs thanks to suitable financing solutions

Manage diverse financing products including but not limited to dealer financing, loans, leasing, and Fleet-as-a-Service electrification solutions offered to dealers and end customers

Monitor financing program performance and make real-time adjustments based on market feedback and business needs

Collaborate with sales, product, after-sales, and operations teams to align financing strategies with overall business objectives

Market Intelligence (20%)

Collect competitive analysis of financing offerings in the European commercial vehicle market

Provide data-driven insights to support pricing and product positioning decisions

Attend relevant motor shows across the region

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in automotive and/or asset financing, leasing, or related financial services

OEM background is strongly preferred

Ability to travel across the EU and the UK

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field

Strong understanding of commercial vehicle markets and residual value concepts

Experience working with banks, leasing companies, and financial institutions

Fluency in English

Ability to adapt and learn very quickly

Ability to evolve with independence

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skill

A collaborative team player’s with ability to interpret complex financial data

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electric vehicle financing and Fleet-as-a-Service models

Experience working in cross-functional and international team environments

Proven track record in project finance
