Als WAN‑hoofd (ook bekend als ANW‑hoofd of Avond‑, Nacht‑ en Weekendhoofd) ben jij de spil in ons ziekenhuis tijdens de avond‑, nacht‑ en weekenddiensten. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt en medeverantwoordelijk in afstemming met de dienstdoende manager voor de veiligheid en de continuïteit van de zorg wanneer de afdelingshoofden niet aanwezig zijn.
Deze functie is flexibel in te richten: je kunt bij ons werken tussen de 8 en 28 uur per week, op oproepbasis of naast je huidige baan. Zo kun je deze rol goed combineren met bijvoorbeeld een andere functie binnen of buiten het ziekenhuis.
