Ons Tweede Thuis zoekt een (assistent) begeleider voor 32 uur op locatie Hoofdweg in Hoofddorp. Je biedt 1-op-1 begeleiding aan één cliënt uit een groep van jonge volwassenen (20-35 jaar) met een ernstige verstandelijke beperking.
Ervaring in 1-op-1 zorg, flexibiliteit en het vermogen om mensen met elkaar te verbinden zijn essentieel. Werktijden variëren, met mogelijkheden tot langere diensten en avonden. Kontakt en samenwerking met Woning D en groep Oranje staan centraal.
