RIBW K/AM zoekt een woonbegeleider voor Haarlemmermeer, Hoofddorp. Je ondersteunt cliënten dagelijks, motiveert, observeert gedrag en werkt aan woonvaardigheden. Je rapporteert over de voortgang en werkt in een team aan complexe casussen.
De functie is 32-36 uur per week met een jaarcontract en uitzicht op verlenging. Beloningen volgen het CAO GGZ FWG
40, inclusief ORT-toeslagen en vakantiegeld. Een diploma op mbo-niveau 4 is vereist, plus VOG en diplomacheck.
