Warehouse Distribution Specialist

Overview

The Company Our client is an innovative biotechnology organization operating in a highly regulated GMP environment, focused on developing advanced cancer immunotherapy solutions.

Role Description The Warehouse Distribution Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily logistics, inventory, and warehouse activities within a GMP/Non-GMP environment. This role involves ensuring the accurate handling, preparation, and distribution of materials to support manufacturing and research efforts in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

• Perform manual decontamination of materials in line with company procedures and safety regulations. (approximately 60%)
• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments, ensuring proper handling and temperature control. (about 20%)
• Restack incoming and outbound goods according to established policies, maintaining organization and accuracy. (approximately 20%)
• Oversee and carry out warehouse operations to support production and internal teams.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, including initiating accurate ERP transactions and reporting inventory discrepancies.
• Cross-train across all warehouse functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, inspection-ready workspace, adhering strictly to safety and GMP standards.
• Work in a cleanroom environment as required.
• Support additional tasks and duties as needed to ensure efficient warehouse functioning.

• Experience or knowledge of warehouse operations within a regulated environment is preferred.
• Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
• Computer literate and familiar with ERP systems.
• A team player comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
