Per z.s.m. Ervaren Tijdelijke (ZZP) Telefonist/Receptionist bij bouwbedrijf in Hoogeveen (24 uur)
Secretaresse Uitzendbureau Flex Star Secretarieel Hoogeveen is per zo spoedig mogelijk voor een bouwbedrijf in Hoogeveen op zoek naar een
24 uur per week verdeeld over 3 dagen
Extra informatie- = het gaat om langdurige afwezigheid van de huidige functionaris
- = het gaat om 3 dagen per week
- = in deze opdracht werk je samen met een duo telefonist/receptionist (dagen in overleg)
- = deze opdracht mag zowel op detacheringsbasis als op ZZP-basis ingevuld worden
- = het aannemen, verwerken of doorverbinden van telefoontjes;
- = agendabeheer;
- = het invoeren van werkbonnen;
- = receptiewerkzaamheden;
- = postbehandeling;
- = voorraadbeheer.
- = MBO werk- en denkniveau
- = Ervaring als telefonist/receptionist en/of als klantenservicemedewerker
- = Ervaring met bovengenoemde werkzaamheden
- = Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- = Uitstekende beheersing van MS Office
- = Uitstekende sociale vaardigheden
- = Snel kunnen schakelen en overzicht kunnen houden
