Daan zoekt een jeugdzorgprofessional voor een gespecialiseerde behandellocatie in Hoogeveen. Je biedt intensieve hulp aan jongeren met ernstige gedragsproblemen en werkt samen in een multidisciplinair team. Je creëert een veilig therapeutisch klimaat en begeleidt jongeren van 12 tot 18 jaar. Er is een salaris volgens functie (FWG 45) van €2.836 tot €4.178, en je werkt met complexe casus. Wij bieden mogelijkheid tot leren en een contract voor langere tijd.
