Stichting Philadelphia Zorg zoekt een Begeleider LVB voor de woongroep Den Klunderenberg in Hoogeveen. Je ondersteunt cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelfregie te houden en te oefenen met zelfstandig handelen binnen een coachende aanpak.
Je werkt in een team van ongeveer zeven collega's en begeleidt voornamelijk cliënten met LVB. De rol omvat flexibele inzetbaarheid voor vroege, late en weekenddiensten en biedt mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling binnen de organisatie.
