Careyn zoekt een Hbo Verpleegkundige in Hoogvliet voor wijkverpleging. Je biedt medische begeleiding aan cliënten in hun thuissituatie en zorgt voor welzijn. Het salaris volgens cao VVT ligt tussen € 3.471,46 en € 4.659,42 per maand bij 36 uur, inclusief reiskostenvergoeding en vakantietoeslag. Een hbo-diploma Verpleegkunde en een geldige BIG-registratie zijn vereist. Je krijgt toegang tot ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden zoals Hey Coach en budgetcoach en werkt in een ondersteunend team.
