HumanitasDMH is op zoek naar een assistent begeleider voor een tijdelijke locatie in Rotterdam Hoogvliet. Je biedt structurele begeleiding, nabijheid en praktische hulp aan bewoners met een verstandelijke en/of lichamelijke beperking, met aandacht voor hun wensen en welzijn.
Je werkt samen met collega's en gedragsdeskundigen om samen een veilige, warme leefomgeving te creëren waarin bewoners zich gezien en gewaardeerd voelen.
