Fleet Administrator

Our client based in Hook requires a Fleet Administrator to join their team, on a 3 month fixed term basis. The role will be full time hours 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday working 100% from the office. We are looking for someone with existing experience in fleet administration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain fleet records and administration
• Manage vehicle compliance and governance
• Management of PCN's, NIPs and Motor Offences
• vehicle maintenance and repair coordination
• Driver support and administration
• Supplier and contract management
• Financial administration
• Reporting and data analysis
• Accident, Incident and insurance administration

You must have knowledge of fleet administration to be successful in this position.
