Serco is seeking an experienced O2C Global Process Owner to drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across international operations. You will define strategy, governance, and standardisation while leading a global network of process leads and SMEs.
You will partner with Group and regional Finance, DDaT, Systems, and BPO partners to ensure compliant, scalable, and digitally enabled finance processes. This is a high-visibility role requiring stakeholder influence and transformation leadership.
