Job Description: As a Product Designer at Hook, you will shape how subscription businesses use machine learning to predict revenue and improve loyalty. Working alongside the Lead Designer and engineering team, you will translate complex workflows into effortless interfaces, owning the end‑to‑end design process from discovery through to polished, production‑ready execution.

What you will do
  • Lead the end‑to‑end design process by creating sketches, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for core features.

  • Conduct customer research and feedback sessions to iterate on designs and uphold visual standards through our design system.
The ideal candidate
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both complex UX workflows and high‑end visual design for digital products.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment while communicating design thinking clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience across the full design lifecycle, from managing backlogs and writing tickets to polishing marketing and brand assets.
