Technical Designer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Designer to join a growing and forward-thinking business where your expertise will directly influence project success. You'll work on a diverse range of construction projects, developing technical designs, collaborating with architects and contractors, and helping deliver innovative solutions from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities  
Produce 2D CAD drawings and technical design packages
Interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Prepare technical submissions, specifications, and project documentation
Provide technical support to customers, architects, and contractors
Support waterproofing, drainage, and construction detailing
Manage project documents using platforms such as Procore or Asite
Attend project meetings and occasional site visits
Support estimating and commercial teams where required  About You  
Confident using AutoCAD or similar 2D CAD software
Able to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware
Construction, wet room, bathroom, waterproofing, or drainage experience would be advantageous  What's on Offer
