  • Champion the use of data, technology, and digital tools to enhance financial decision‑making
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong background in commercial finance and business partnering in complex environments
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing at a strategic level
  • Confidence operating in a transformation or change environment, ideally with exposure to shared services or digital finance models
  • Strong understanding of value drivers, ROI, and performance metrics
  • Experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
  • Ability to work across multiple regions, cultures, and stakeholder groups
  • A clear communicator with presence, gravitas, and the ability to challenge constructively
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, incomplete data, and shifting priorities
What Success Looks Like
  • Tangible financial and operational improvements delivered across your portfolio
  • Measurable contribution to efficiency and value creation
  • Strong stakeholder satisfaction and trusted advisory relationships
  • High‑quality insight and decision support
  • Clear evidence of transformation and continuous improvement impact
