• Ensure that the Lounge & Bar areas are correctly prepared for service, including afternoon tea.
• Serve all beverages to the required standards, ensuring the service is friendly and efficient.
• Be aware of all duties relating to the role of bar person as per the function details and carry them out to the required standards.
• Support with delivering the "Elite Experience" to guests who visit our Grey Lounge for afternoon tea.
