About the Role:

As a Installations Operative, you will play a key role in transforming spaces with your skills. Your responsibilities will include:

Installing bespoke products
Gaining a deep understanding of products and the working processes.
Attending essential training and induction courses to enhance your skills.
Proactively prioritising Health and Safety, adhering to risk assessments and method statements.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all issued items are cared for.
Effectively communicating with fellow operatives and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Completing paperwork and administrative tasks in accordance with company requirements.
Abiding by all relevant laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

A valid UK driver's licence.
While experience is preferred, it is not essential - we're happy to train the right candidate!
Self-awareness and a conscientious approach to work.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to urgent tasks.
Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers.
Good knowledge of the construction industry.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Strong timekeeping abilities to ensure efficient job completion.
