Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hartley Wintney for a Body Shop Manager. The Body Shop Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repair standards. Key responsibilities include managing the team of workshop technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating vehicle repair schedules, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. This role also involves direct communication with customers and vendors to ensure exceptional aftersales service and the smooth running of the facility.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing body shops and workshops
  • Strong focus on achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions and team coordination
  • Experience in developing and improving aftersales services
  • Proficient in managing and motivating teams to deliver operational excellence
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes, safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in the automotive repair or rental industry is beneficial
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive or workshop management are an advantage
