Temporary Tesco Colleague Superstore

Availability Window

Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday – 05:00 – 11:00.

£13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

As a store colleague you will be available during the specified hours, assist customers, maintain store performance, and support store operations across picking, replenishment, and customer service.

• Help serve customers and provide great natural service.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure they leave with a positive experience.
• Take initiative and make decisions that benefit customers.
• Work effectively within a team and communicate openly.
• Maintain store performance and contribute to sales, waste reduction and profit.
• Handle products with care to uphold quality standards.
• Support seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
• Show up on time, be well-presented and act as a brand ambassador.

• Passionate and knowledgeable about store products and services.
• Experience working across service, picking and replenishment areas.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
• Good communication skills and team‑work mindset.
• Knowledge of Tesco values and ability to represent them consistently.
• Over 18 years of age.
