We are now looking for a professional and dependable Casual Staff Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team.

As a Casual Staff Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting employees safely between the hotel and designated pick-up locations. You will serve as an ambassador for Four Seasons, providing a friendly and welcoming experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest care.

• Safely operate the hotel staff shuttle bus along designated routes and schedules

• Transport employees to and from the hotel in a timely and professional manner

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements promptly

• Ensure the vehicle remains clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times

• Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company safety procedures

• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when required

• Maintain accurate records relating to vehicle use and inspections

• Communicate effectively with hotel management regarding schedules, delays, or operational issues

• Deliver a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times

• Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, professionalism, and service excellence

• A valid UK driving licence with Category D1 entitlement (required)

• Previous professional driving experience preferred

• A strong safety-focused mindset and excellent driving record

• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Knowledge of local roads and surrounding areas is advantageous
