We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki
. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Salary: €1,300–€1,500
* 14-months gross/month+bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weeks hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 2 rotative days off.
Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Your Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and professional support.
- Resolve product, account, payment, and technical issues.
- Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
- Manage customer cases and elevate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and meet service quality standards.
- Dutch proficiency at C1 level
, both written and spoken. - English proficiency at B2–C1 level
, depending on the project. - Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple digital tools.
