Je werkt nauw met teammanagers en coördinerende verpleegkundigen en stimuleert aanwezig leiderschap en samenwerking om veilige, persoonsgerichte zorg te leveren. Ervaring met kwaliteitsverbetering en BIG-registratie is vereist.
