Je ondersteunt gezinnen in hun weg naar meer balans, verbinding en groei door complexe dynamieken in kaart te brengen en gerichte begeleiding te bieden. Je werkt nauw samen met RGT-specialisten en traumatherapeuten binnen een betrokken kernteam.
Deze functie vereist een relevante hbo-opleiding en 3 jaar werkervaring. Je krijgt een startsalaris tussen €3834 en €4311 per maand, toegang tot trainingen via de Joinuz Academy en een reiskostenvergoeding.
