We are seeking a highly motivated Land Agent with transmission experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in land acquisition for transmission projects, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.

• Lead and manage land acquisition efforts for transmission line projects across Alabama.
• Negotiate and secure easements, rights‑of‑way, and property agreements with landowners.
• Conduct title research, due diligence, and coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations related to land use and transmission projects.
• Maintain accurate records of land transactions, agreements, and project progress.
• Serve as a liaison between the company, landowners, and community stakeholders.
• Support project teams with land‑related documentation and approvals.
• Alabama residency required.
• Transmission land acquisition experience (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of rights‑of‑way, easements, and title research.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote environment.

$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr
