• High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience

• Experience of banking operations
• Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The Enterprise Operations Analyst administers defined procedures, prepares and analyzes reports, and works on projects with an emphasis on process improvement. An Analyst at this level analyzes business issues, makes recommendations to maximize operational efficiency and quality, and ensures compliance standards are adhered to.

• Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing
• Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign, and has a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process
• Creates and maintains policies, procedures and/or training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service
• May define user requirements and assist with user acceptance testing
• May manage small projects and/or contribute to task forces or project teams
• May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner
• Works under limited to moderate supervision to analyze and solve moderately complex operational, systems‑related, and/or customer issues
