Job Description

Your role will contribute significantly to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships with clients.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on self‑service technology options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Client‑first mindset: deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
- Relationship building: demonstrate genuine care and concern during client interactions.
- Effective client engagement: communicate clearly and politely, anticipating client needs.
- Problem resolution: quickly and accurately resolve client issues with attention to detail.
- Team collaboration: work collaboratively to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
- Rapid learning: quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
- Client‑service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
