The Wide Format Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the wide-format production process, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include reviewing job orders, setting up and operating wide-format printing equipment, producing jobs, supervising production staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards. The role also involves ordering supplies and managing profitability of the department.

Collaboration with the sales and design teams is essential to ensure client requirements are met effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hoover, AL.

• Experience with wide-format printing equipment, production processes, and materials
• Project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills to deliver projects on time and within quality standards
• Team management and communication skills to effectively lead production staff
• Attention to detail and quality control experience
• Technical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
• Proficiency in using tools and software related to design and printing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software)
• Understanding of safety protocols and standards in a production environment
• Prior experience in a printing, signage, or visual communications industry is a plus
