We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Architecture to lead and oversee architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration. The ideal candidate will have strong design, technical, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

This role requires a professional who can develop functional, safe, code-compliant, and aesthetically thoughtful design solutions while ensuring projects are delivered within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Lead and contribute significantly to all phases of architectural projects, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Develop innovative and context-sensitive design solutions that respond to project requirements, site conditions, and client objectives.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and seamless integration across disciplines.
• Prepare, review, and maintain clear, accurate, and code-compliant architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Review the work of junior architects, designers, and interns while providing mentorship, technical guidance, and professional development.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, inspections, and project coordination meetings.
• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, field reports, site observations, and other project-related documentation.
• Research and evaluate architectural materials, products, systems, and construction methods to support design development and detailing.
• Ensure project designs comply with applicable zoning regulations, building codes, accessibility/ADA requirements, and relevant sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with project leadership to manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resources.
• Identify and resolve design, technical, and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch
  ) from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience
  .
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  .
• Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, detailing, and construction processes.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility requirements, and sustainability practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external project stakeholders.

• Experience managing projects through multiple phases of design and construction.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and administration.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and supervise junior team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design and technical quality.
