A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Civil Engineering Regional Leader (PE) to lead their growing team. If you’re a seasoned P.E with a passion for shaping communities, we want to connect with you.

• Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed‑use and commercial projects
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

• Work with a nationally ranked and established engineering firm – ENR’s TOP 500 design firm
• Holder of multiple award‑winning projects – ASCE Award of Merit

• Local presence with national impact, actively engaged with communities and local partners

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in AL
• 8‑15 years of experience in civil engineering in land development (residential, master‑planned, mixed‑use)
• 1‑2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
• Experience with municipal and county project coordination is preferred
• Strong business development; a book of business is preferred
