- Own daily, monthly, and recurring sales and financial reports with variance analysis
- Analyze revenue, gross margin, and expenses to spot trends and recommend fixes
- Validate and reconcile data, resolving discrepancies before they reach leadership
- Build financial models supporting strategic planning
- Support the annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Analyze commissions, incentives, and quota performance
- Present findings to leadership and sales executives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1+ years in accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis
- Working foundation in financial reporting, variance analysis, and data reconciliation
- Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH)
- PowerPoint skills for executive presentations
- MUST BE LOCATED IN BIRMINGHAM, AL
