Job SummaryAller Vie is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical care teams in its allergy and immunology clinic. The role includes gathering patient histories, reconciling medications, accurately updating electronic medical records, assisting with allergy testing, supporting diagnostic and treatment procedures, and administering immunotherapy. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment and is committed to delivering safe, high‑quality care every day.

Pay Range
:
Starting pay is $17/hr, depending on experience.
- Demonstrate appropriate technique for obtaining vital signs (Ht/Wt, BP, pulse, RR, temp, O₂ saturation).
- Obtain spirometry and Niox testing on patients with appropriate technique and patient coaching.
- Show competency and knowledge of general allergy practice, procedures, and medications.
- Keep exam rooms well stocked and clean.
- Communicate effectively and timely with the Department Lead or appropriate management for clinical, supply, HR, facilities, or billing matters.
- Display a high level of professionalism in patient/parent interactions, adhering to HIPAA; provide anticipatory guidance on visit flow for patients upon triage.
- Properly document activities in EMR.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Travel to other clinics for staffing needs as required.
- Previous experience working with patients in a medical setting.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program and certification preferred.
- Understanding of basic medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to function well in a fast‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of EMR systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
