Job DescriptionJob duties include performing comprehensive assessment, PSMS, and behavior screening for residents and potential residents of SCALF.
QualificationsCurrent unencumbered Alabama RN license, Current CPR certification. Minimum one-year general med-surg experience, experience in conducting assessments (PSMS, mini-mental), experience with geriatrics and dementia care a plus. Reliable transportation with current Alabama driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
