• Set up and run CNC machines to manufacture parts based on provided specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Observe machine operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain expected quality.
• Conduct regular machine maintenance and resolve any operational problems.
• Keep the workspace tidy and follow all safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.
• Work with colleagues to refine production methods and boost overall efficiency.
• Keep detailed production logs and maintain precise records of completed tasks.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; a technical degree or machining certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar capacity.
• Skilled in interpreting blueprints and various technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of CNC machinery and related programming.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledgeable about safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing setting.
