RN Treatment / Wound Care Nurse
Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover – Hoover, AL
$32.00–$42.00 per hour

Aspire Hoover is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented RN Treatment / Wound Care Nurse to join our nursing team!
If you enjoy hands-on nursing, helping residents heal, and making a difference in their quality of life, this could be the perfect fit!
Not wound care certified? No problem! We will help the right candidate obtain certification!
What You'll Do:- Perform wound assessments, treatments, and skin care
- Monitor healing and help prevent skin breakdown
- Coordinate weekly skin rounds
- Develop individualized treatment plans with the care team
- Ensure wound care practices meet clinical and regulatory standards
- Educate nursing staff on wound prevention and treatment
- Monitor treatments, documentation, and wound care supplies
- Work closely with physicians and nursing leadership to promote positive resident outcomes
- Current Alabama RN license
- Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Wound care experience or certification preferred, but we're willing to certify the right candidate!
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for providing excellent resident care
