Coordinate Warranty Claim activity between the customer, Engineering and KLSE MFG Plants.
Responsibilities- Knowledgeable of customer’s quality policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate customer concerns and requirements as needed.
- Responsible for monitoring field claim status (HMMA, KaGA and module company).
- Attend field claim investigation and improvement activity per customer request.
- Work with KLSE plant staff to consider root cause and counter measure for field claim issues.
- Responsible for analysis and refutation of field claim invoice from HMMA, KaGA and module company.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Management Team.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in related field or equivalent.
- Four to six years related experience or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Effectively manage priorities and workflow.
- Automotive background preferred not required.
- Specifically, vehicles with defects.
